Association Manager


 Full-time for condominiums and townhomes in the Minneapolis/suburban area. Long established firm seeks individual with experience or will train for this secure position.

We are looking for a prudent property manager to be responsible for the direct management oversight of assigned multi-family homeowner association properties. The goal is to provide excellent customer service and maximize the assets of the property.

Responsibilities

· Manage all aspects of assigned properties

· Maintain a positive, productive relationship with homeowners

· Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards

· Negotiate contracts with vendors in a timely and reliable manner

· Develop and manage annual budgets by forecasting requirements and analyzing variances

· Monitor operating and capital reserve expenses

· Accomplish financial goals and report periodically on financial performance

· Oversee properties’ personnel and assess its performance (if applicable)

Skills

· Fully understanding property management and its financial aspects with ability to understand a balance sheet and P&L

· In depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management

· Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software

· Continually provided an outstanding Customer Service experience even while dealing with difficult problems or customers

· Integrity - make sound decisions while recognizing the priorities of each homeowner

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Strong computer skills Microsoft Office

· Well organized with excellent time management skills
